Safety

·Both Circuits and touch panel boards in Oceanus are independently placed in specific areas where we designed not being connected with other areas.
·Oceanus uses a low-voltage DC power supply. In terms of power supply method, Oceanus uses a direct-connected power cord, which can effectively avoid sparks when plugged in, compared with using port connection.
·All of the electronic components used in Oceanus are selected after rigorous scrutiny and screening. Additionally, we have strict sealing treatment requirements for internal motors and capacitors.
·The cavity of the Oceanus is not fully enclosed (or Sealed) in order to prevent potential safety hazards during the unit's operation.
·Oceanus is designed with working protection features. If open the top cover while the Oceanus is operating, the unit will automatically pause, and continue to work after the top cover is closed.
·When trying to clean resin 3D printing objects, there are a variety of liquids that can be used as cleaning agents (Water, IPA, Ethanol etc.), depending on the classify of the resin being used. But please do follow the guidelines for the use of alcohol/IPA while operating the Oceanus.

Automatic Liquid System

The Oceanus is able to automatic filling and automatic drainage the cleaning agents (Liquids). Custom designed High power pump is being used here in order to enables fast pumping and fast draining.
· By using the Automatic Liquid System here, the need of touching the cleaning agents liquid or waste water will strongly decrease.
· When using IPA/Ethanol which have strong volatility as cleaning agent, this system is able to avoid volatilization, minimize odor as well as prevent polluting the working environment.
· The pump inside of the Oceanus is custom designed which is able to let those small particle residues pass through.
· In the selection of materials, from the pump to the tube, it has a high degree of resistance to liquids such as Ethanol/IPA.

Spilling Prevent Design

In the Oceanus design, a total of three liquid spill prevention designs are included.
· Water level sensor are included in the Oceanus which is able to automatically detected of water level. There are three different water level in total which is low, medium and high water level detection. The working of these sensors are depend on the settings.
· Moreover, there is an extra High liquid level Hall sensor, position at the top of the high water level sensor. If the liquid level is exceeded, it will stop and alarm immediately.
· Beside, a Physical sensor is being set at the top cover. Safe and reliable.

Memorize Previous Settings

At the time when we programming the Oceanus, we have added the ’setting memory’ function into the program. Such a design can help the user to store the setting parameters of the last use, thereby helping the user to operate and use the Oceanus more simply.

  • Touch Panel

    Oceanus is operated by the touch panel located at the top of the unit. The panel contains a total of 6 different buttons, which are On/Off, Water Level (L, M, H), Washing, Drying, Curing and Start/Pause. The duration of each function can be set up according to needs. In addition, each function is relatively independent, and can be set in different combinations or run independently.

  • Powerful Cleaning

    The resin model just removed from the printer usually has a lot of resin attached to them. Oceanus is equipped with a large torque motor. The powerful stirring allows the model to be cleaned in all directions without dead ends as well as avoid any accidental cleaning which may damage the model.

  • Quick Dry

    7000 RPM custom designed large fan has being used in the Oceanus. The strong wind blown by the fan will take away the residual liquid on the surface of the model. the 7000RPM fan is able to accelerate the drying speed and let the model ready for curing.  

  • All-Round Curing

    There are in total of 96 of 405nm UV lamp beads neatly arranged on the four walls of the cavity of the Oceanus. When the curing function is running, the UV light generated inside of the Oceanus is able to effectively cure the model in a short time within 360°.

Filter and Valve

Oceanus is equipped with filter screen structures and valve in several locations. These filters and valves can effectively prevent resin residue or other large particles from entering the pump body, which in order to ensure the normal operation of Oceanus under long-term work.

In the Oceanus, we are using our unique waterproof technology, equipped with the customized high torque motor. This gives the Oceanus more powerful stirring power.  By using a high-torque stirring motor with custom designed impeller, instead of traditional magnet stirring, the powerful water flow create by high torque motor and designed Impeller can wash where the brush cannot reach as well as getting a cleaner and more detailed post-processing result.

FAQs

The printing model turns white after curing

a. The cleaning fluid is too turbid. Please change to a clean cleaningfluid or follow the previous page .

b, The printing model is too complicated or placed in a poor positioncausing the model to not dry completely. lt is recommended toincrease the drying time for complicated printing models. In additionplease face up the surface of the printing model that is not easy to dryand tilt the model appropriately to avoid storing a lot of cleaning fluidin the groove of the printing model.

The water level button flashes, and the buzzer alarms

Check that the cleaning fluid is sufficient and check that the water inlet pipe is correctly placed in the cleaning fluid

The high-level sensor detects a signal. Wipe the inside of the cover after turning off the power.

Drain pump is working after pressing the start button

a. The device will drain the internal cleaning fluid before proceeding with the normal process

b. There are too many cleaning fluid drops inside the device(especially low water level). Please wipe and clean the internal guts wall
