Which countries can we ship?
By default, all items are shipped from our China Warehouse.
For select products, warehouse options (e.g., EU Warehouse or US Warehouse) may be available in the variant dropdown on the product page — in which case your order will be fulfilled from your chosen warehouse. If no such option is shown, the item will ship from our China Warehouse.
US Warehouse: The United States (excluding American Samoa, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
EU Warehouse: Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Norway, Switzerland
UK Warehouse: The United Kingdom
CA Warehouse: Canada (excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon)
AU Warehouse: Australia
Other countries(Ship from China): The United Arab Emirates, Japan, China, Korea, Thailand, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Turkey, New Zealand (excluding Chatham Islands), Russia, Singapore, Belarus, Brazil
Please note that regional warehouses can only ship to their designated areas (e.g., US Warehouse ships to the US only). The China Warehouse ships to all regions we currently support.

When will my order ship?
The products you purchased will be shipped within 2 business days unless the purchase is a pre-order or otherwise noted. Tracking numbers are generated when the product is ready to ship and will be emailed to the address provided when the order was placed.

Shipping policies are subject to change without prior notice in case of carrier adjustments.
Due to international policies or force majeure, shipping to certain countries may be temporarily unavailable. Such situations are beyond our control and cannot be predicted in advance. If your order is affected, we will do our best to assist you.
