What is your support and warranty policy?

Each product purchase includes 30 days of technical support. Additionally, each product has a one-year paid warranty. Warranty claims should be reported by contacting us at with a picture of the serial number (if applicable) and a video or photos showing the issue.


When will my order ship?

Our product ship 1-2 days from the purchase date unless the purchase is a pre-order or otherwise noted. All machines are inspected and tested. Please contact us at for more information.

Tracking numbers are generated when the product is ready to ship and will be emailed to the address provided when the order was placed.


How long i can receive my order?

EIBOS has started to set up overseas warehouses in early 2022 to speed up the delivery of packages.

Currently, we have two overseas warehouses in the United States (east and west coasts) to cover the US region, and one overseas warehouse in the Czech Republic to cover the EU region.
The overseas warehouse in Sydney will be put into use in January, covering Australia and New Zealand.

Normally, the package shipped from our warehouse will delivered in two to three days after we shipped out.

Due to different situation, EIBOS Tech are not responsible for the shipping and any issue related to shipping period.


Which countries can my package be shipped to?

At present, we are not able to ship globally. The following countries are the countries we can ship to

Zoom 1: The United Arab Emirates, Japan, Germany, Netherlands, The United Kingdom, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, China, Korea

Zoom 2: Thailand, Romania, Greece, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Slovakia, Turkey, New Zealand, Croatia, The United States, Russia, Bulgaria, Singapore, Norway

Zoom 3: Belarus, Switzerland, Canada


How do you ship international orders?

For our product, we can ship only to certain country. If you are outside of our shipping available area and want to purchaes our product while still getting our awesome support, contact us at

For international orders, we will give priority to using overseas warehouses for delivery. Under the condition that overseas warehouses cannot deliver, we use Yanwen and YunExpress (for Front-end transportation) ect., and these company will also deal with Back-end transportation (they will select carrier when the package arrive the target country). We are not responsible for customs fees (duties, VATs, etc).  

If the address you provide is outside our shipping range (although we can ship to the corresponding country), we will also make a contact with you and ask if you would like to cancel the order or change to another shipping address.


What is your return policy?
