Returns Policy

DEFECTIVE AND NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF RECEIPT. IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY FOR ASSISTANCE.  RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS 20 DAY TERM.

 

UNUSED, NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. DEFECTIVE OR DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) ITEMS DO NOT INCUR A RESTOCKING FEE

 

EIBOS Tech are not responsible for the shipping cost for return.

 

PRODUCT RETURNED TO US MUST BE: NEW OR LIKE NEW CONDITION AND PACKAGED IN THE ORIGINAL CARTON / ORIGINAL PACKING FOAM. ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DUE TO NEGLIGENT PACKAGING WILL REFLECT ON THE REFUND AMOUNT ISSUED. CONTACT US FOR PACKING INSTRUCTIONS OR ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE IN THIS CASE.

 

 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IN ORDER TO FACILITATE AN EXCHANGE, EIBOS TECH MUST RECEIVE THE ORIGINAL ITEMS BEFORE SENDING OUT REPLACEMENT ITEMS. SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE RETURN OF A PRODUCT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (We are able to emailed the recipt about the shipping cost of the order provided by shipping company.)

 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE COSTS OF SHIPPING AND FOR THE RISK OF LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT DURING SHIPPING, BOTH TO AND FROM EIBOS Tech.

THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED IN THE LAST 30 DAYS

THE PRODUCT ISN'T USED OR DAMAGED

THE PRODUCT IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING

YOU OBTAINED A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) FROM EIBOS Tech

TO START THE PROCESS FOR OBTAINING A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA), CONTACT US BY EMAIL: support@eibos3d.com

 

AFTER ACQUIRING AN RMA, SEND THE PRODUCT WITH ITS ORIGINAL PACKING AND THE RMA NUMBER, ALONG WITH A NOTE INDICATING WHETHER YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT (AND IF SO, WHAT OTHER PRODUCT YOU WANT TO ORDER) OR A REFUND,
